SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All products have a 30 day money-back guarantee. To make a return simply send us the unused portion of the product along with the return form within 30 days of receipt.

SHIPPING FEE OUTSIDE U.S and CANADA
For customers residing outside the U.S and Canada, separate shipping fee will be emailed to you thru PayPal to finalize your product order. Email us for clarification for the shipping fee.

AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHOD

We offer regular air mail post and registered airmail post shipping methods. We keep our prices competitively low and likely save you money in the long run.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders will normally be processed within 24-48 hours (unless a weekend or public holiday).

Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive periodic e-mails from us regarding the processing of your order. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains the carrier tracking number (when available) for your order.


DELIVERY TIME

Anywhere from 10- 21 days from the day of shipment, depending on where in the world the order is being sent.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered in any way. Otherwise we reserve the right to send it back to you with your expense. All items damaged due to client's negligence cannot be returned. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery, so if possible, please insure the return item to cover its full value. Shipping & insurance charges of your return item are your expenses.

RETURNED ITEMS/ EXCHANGES:
In such cases, you may ask for a replacement, and on return of the product, you will be shipped a replacement. The return shipping costs (both ways) will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We will still try to exchange your defective products for a brand new one where possible.

Replacements of defective products are treated the same way as that of new orders - they typically arrive in 10 to 21 days from the date of shipping. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item. It is important to attached a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the product.

We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition.

RETURNS NOT OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS.

2) Refuse to pay customs taxes/duties.
